I am a seasoned executive coach and coach supervisor and am committed to creating breathing spaces in working lives. All my work is shaped by a profound interest in embodying dialogue practices to support conversations that are rich, thought-provoking and productive.

I live in the Cairngorms National Park in Scotland. It’s a wild and beautiful landscape in which I love to walk – sometimes with clients – and enjoy time and space for creative reflection.

I’m also a writer – I’ve published two books and am working on a third. I also post articles on this site and occasionally elsewhere, such as on LinkedIn.
